For Thanksgiving we went up to Washington to celebrate. We left early Wednesday morning with Grandma coming with us so she wouldn't have to drive up there alone. Little A was excited to have Grandma come with as Mom and Dad can be boring after a couple of hours couped up in a car with us. A is a very good traveler. He doesn't protest too much , especially since we were on our way to see his favorite Aunt B and Uncle T. We ended up driving through a thick fog that started in the Blue Mountains and was with us through the rest of the drive to Kennewick. The fog ended up sticking around until we left on that Sunday. In Utah we don't have that kind of fog very often. It definitely felt like we were in a bubble the whole time.
It's always fun to spend time with family for the holidays. We had a good time there eating ourselves silly on turkey, potatoes, salad and other delicious foods. We stayed with Uncle T and Aunt B. Their house is just large enough to put up with us and other visitors. It is so nice of them, especially since I've seen them three times this year in the last four months.
This time around A didn't get hurt. Nothing major. No scratches, no bruises. kind of cool. He kept tempting fate though by jumping around on some of the furniture. Luckily nothing happened to him.
