New Ink
We have finally gotten new ink for our printer. We ran out of it a few months ago and just never bothered to get more. But now we had to get it out of necessity. See we are in the process of refinancing our house and with that comes the need for copies of everything. If you've refied you already know what is required. If you haven't it's as bad as re buying your house as you have to go through EVERYTHING. Signing papers, making more copies, finding where you hid a small receipt.. blah blah blah... But it will be worth it as we'll get a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment.

I'm am surprised that you have had to do so much for your refi. Ours was really quite easy. Sign papers and then sign some more papers. We didn't even have to get an appraisal! Good luck, hope yours goes through quick.
